TP-Pack was officially established on Nov. 27, 2014. It has 4-year roots with Foshan Junhe Trading Co., Ltd. Which was set up in 1995. The products were marketed on Alibaba in the name of Foshan Junhe Trading Co., Ltd. Since 2010. Based on good quality, competitive price and quick response, our business on packaging materials has grown fast. The supply chain has expanded also. To serve customers and manage supply chain more efficiently, Foshan TP-Pack Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. Was set up to work indepently. It runs parallel with its sister companies Foshan Junhe Trading Co., Ltd., and Junhe Enterprise Holding Limited (Hong Kong).
We invest in or establish long-term strategic relations with factories of packaging materials. Most of them are in Guangzhou area. They must be reliable, competitive and under control. The products we market are all made in our invested or strategically-partnering factories, none of which, we promise, are temporally outsourced. More reliable factories will join us in the future.
From the very beginning, we try to fully understand customer situation and respond quickly. Needs are discussed in detail: Application, size, specification, quantity, delivery place, delivery time, payment term and so on. Enquiries are answered in 4 working hours. Solutions are provided in 12 hours. Phones are open 24 hours.
Samples are sent for customer checking before order confirmation. Factory audits are welcomed. First-article test piece of special process or changed process is provided for customer approval if necessary. Production plan and quality plan are also provided on request. We will report the contract progress at key points to customers and ask for confirmation if necessary before going-ahead. We highly appreciate customer comments, feedbacks and suggestions, so that we can do better in the future.
